系统概览
多功能非损伤微电极测试系统是一个非接触的、用于导电液体介质中的微区电场、特定离子浓度梯度或还
原反应的测试,具有原位、实时、活体、动态、无需标记、多种离子或分子可以同步测试,长时间采样,具有
其它方法无法比拟的优势,主要应用于生物电生理及腐蚀电化学研究领域。系统研究平台(RP-1)主要采用一
个程序控制的三维微定位四轴步进马达驱动套件(CMC-4),一个实时数据采集套件和一个视频显微成像套件
(VZS-1),用途广泛、硬件性能稳定、软件界面友好。RP-1 被设计成可随用户的需求进行扩展并随用户的使
用不断改进,其他外部设备(电化学综合测试系统、膜片钳、锁相放大器、信号发生器等)的模拟输出(+/-10VDC)
可被输入到系统而不需要更改软件,也可以提供用户所需的软件功能;可使用商业化的或自制的微电极。系统
测试软件历经三十年的应用和不断改进,现已日臻完善,该软件是独立于硬件,尽管它是基于 AE 公司的硬件
设计,设计的程序使 NSMT 测试系统非常通用和容易配置,最新的软件 ASET-LV4 是基于 Labview 的在
windows 环境下运行的一个版本,数据可转换为 ASCII text 格式使得其可用于电子制表软件或绘图软件,视
频格式以 bitmap 格式保存便于通用视频软件使用。
