ADP-ribosyl cyclase 1 ( CD38 ) Antibody Datasheet

CD38抗体产品信息

免疫原 :

Recombinant human CD38 protein (  Catalog#10818-H08H  )

克隆号 :

1H5C11E12

Ig Type :

Mouse  IgG1

缓冲液 : 0.2 μm filtered solution in PBS with 5% trehalose
制备方法 :

This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, human cell-derived, recombinant human CD38 ( rhCD38; Catalog#10818-H08H; NP_001766.2; Val 43 - Ile 300). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.

CD38抗体使用指南

特异性 :

Human CD38

No cross-reactivity with human cell lysate ( 293 cell line ) in WB and ELISA.

Western blot : This antibody can be used at 1-2ug/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect CD38 in WB. Using a DAB detection system, the detection limit for CD38 is approximately 6.25ng/lane under non-reducing conditions and 2ng/lane under reducing conditions.
储存方法 : This antibody can be stored at 2℃-8℃ for 1 month without detectable loss of activity. Antibody products are stable for twelve months from date of receipt when stored at -20℃ to -70℃. Preservative-Free.
Sodium azide is recommended to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%-0.1%). It is toxic to cells and should be disposed of properly. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

CD38 Antibody Background

CD38, also known as ADP-ribosyl cyclase, is a glycoprotein expressed on the surface of immune cells including B and T lymphocytes, osteoclasts, as well as cardiac, pancreatic, liver and kidney cells. CD38 is a multifunctional ectoenzyme that catalyzes the synthesis and hydrolysis of cyclic ADP-ribose (cADPR) from NAD+ to ADP-ribose. Through its production of cyclic ADP-ribose, CD38 modulates calcium-mediated signal transduction in many types of cells, including neutrophils and pancreatic β cells. CD38 functions in cell adhesion, signal transduction and calcium signaling. Defects of CD38 is associated with impaired immune responses, metabolic disturbances, and behavioral modifications, and thus has been connected to HIV infection, leukemias, myelomas, solid tumors, type II diabetes mellitus and bone metabolism, as well as some genetically determined conditions.
