·Description
Novoprotein Recombinant Human Xg produced by mammalian cells expression system.Target protein is expressed with sequence (Gln22-Lys143) of Human xg (Uniprot #P55808) fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
·Quality Control
Purity: Greater than 90.0% as determined by:
(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by reducing and non-reducing SDS-PAGE Silver Stained gel.
Endotoxin:Less than 0.1ng/μg (1EU/μg) of Xg (Human)
·Formulation
Novoprotein Recombinant Human XG was lyophilized at 1mg/ml in 20mM PBS.
·Reconstitution
We recommend a quick spin followed by reconstitution of Novoprotein Recombinant Human XG in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100μg/ml, which can then be further diluted to working solutions.
·Storage
Lyophilized Recombinant Human XG although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Recombinant Human XG should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable up to 3 months below -18°C for future use.
Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
