ICE is now expanding GPCR assays vigorously, we have >100 stable cell lines off-the-shelf, currently we keep developing another 200+ targets including orphan GPCRs, like cell line generation and multiple DIY assays development, also we work with partner providing Cell-based GPCR DEL screening, GPCR protein purification and crystallization analysis, hope we could support innovative project for GPRC FIC drug discovery, not only for classical small molecule modulators, also doable for target-based GPCR degradation and antibody screening.
