概述 重组蛋白(Recombinant protein) 是通过应用重组DNA或重组RNA技术获取的蛋白质，有体内和体外两种获取途径。两种方法均是通过基因重组技术获得连接有可以翻译成目的蛋白的基因片段的重组载体，之后将其转入可以表达目的蛋白的宿主细胞从而表达特定的重组蛋白分子。目前，重组蛋白已被广泛应用于蛋白结构研究、免疫检测试剂、重组蛋白药物、诊断试剂开发、抗体药物靶点、CAR-T细胞治疗靶点、Fc受体、流感病毒蛋白和细胞因子等大多数热门研究领域。
